Cross Stitch charts created from photographs.

Pictures can be created into -
  • cross stitch charts using Anchor, DMC, or Madeira threads, and any fabric.
  • tapestry charts using Anchor, DMC, Appletons, Elsa Williams, or Paterna tapestry wools, and any canvas.

There is no restriction on size, and any unwanted background can be removed.


Conversion costs £15. The only extra charge will be for very large designs—e.g. posters. If in doubt—ring and enquire, or e-mail me at sue@crafterscorner.co.uk


Send your photograph/picture/floppy disk, together with a cheque and a covering letter stating the following -


  • Your name, address and telephone number. If I have any problems, I will contact you by phone.
  • Whether you want a cross stitch or tapestry.
  • Which threads you prefer to use.
  • What count of fabric/canvas you prefer and if cross stitch, whether you use Aida, Evenweave or Linen.
  • Whether you want that background leaving in or taking out, or part of the background taking out.
  • Approximately what size you would like the finished work to be. The size of the photograph is not necessarily any indication of the finished size.
